How to get Bardeen error messages?

Bardeen usually provides error messages. These help us solve the issue faster. You can check them by:

1. Opening Bardeen extension
2. On the right top corner, next to your profile image👤, you’ll find an icon for history: . Click it.
3. Then check the Errors tab. Copy the relevant bug to your case
   (Ex: if you ran a salesforce automation, copy the salesforce issue).

Steps to reproduce this issue:

Please provide a detailed account of the steps taken to encounter the issue. Where did you start? What actions did you perform? Where did you encounter the error?

Ex: I pinned this salesforce automation to my app, connected salesforce and then ran it over this linkedin profile. I received the error message and have been unable to resolve it.

We noticed a backend error indicating that the “Bardeen engine is not responding on time.” This issue is often resolved by simply restarting your browser. Have you had a chance to try that yet?

If the problem persists, another step you can take is to uninstall and then reinstall the Bardeen extension. This can often clear up any lingering issues.

Steps to Remove the Bardeen Extension:

Follow these simple steps to remove the Bardeen extension from your browser:

1. Navigate to the “Extensions” or “Manage Extensions” Page in Your Browser

• Open your browser.
• Click on the menu icon (three dots or lines) in the top-right corner of the browser window.
• Select “Extensions” or “Manage Extensions” from the dropdown menu. This will take you to the extensions management page.

2. Find the Bardeen Extension and Remove It

• Scroll through the list of installed extensions to find Bardeen.
• Once you locate the Bardeen extension, you will see an option to remove or delete it. Click on this option to uninstall the extension from your browser.
  

After following these steps, the Bardeen extension will be removed from your browser.
