Hello Adrian,

Upon checking your account, I noticed that the Salesforce integration is not configured and it is required by the playbook you are referring to. Please follow these steps to add or re-add the Salesforce connection:

  1. Open your account settings.
  2. Navigate to Connected Apps.
  3. Locate Salesforce and re-connect it.

Once you’ve done this, try running the playbook again.

Additionally, regarding the other issue you mentioned separately, it appears that the Bardeen extension is having trouble running in your browser. Please restart your browser and see if that resolves the problem.

Hi Victoria,

Thanks for your response.

The playbook I am using or trying to use is your standard playbook which is to Extract Data and Create Google Sheet.

I have not selected anything relating to Salesforce.

I have also restarted my browser several times and Bardeen also frequently asks me to reload my page but even this does not help.

Thanks
Adrian
