I'm getting a "Server could not handle the request" error message when I try to "Subscribe"

Iā€™ve tried logging in/out but its saying Iā€™m still on a free account, I click subscribe but it gives me error message ā€˜Server Could not Handle the Requestā€™

Iā€™ve tried the remedial stuff, log in/out, clear cache/cookies, restart etc but no joy so farā€¦

But I have subscribed and have credits left? It did how these at the top but for some reason its showing me as a free account now
