Credits expired without running playbook

Hello,
My subscription is supposed to start on the 15th of each month. I haven’t used it in a while, but it says credits on the 17th. Can you please check?

Indeed your billing cycle should reset every 15th of a month. Our logs indicate that your subscription credits are loaded to your account. May I ask where exactly you see subscription referencing 17th?
