Trial Period Credits Not Working

I am on the trial period. I am trying out a premium playbook and in the status window it says this, " Upgrade to Pro to have your Premium Playbooks (1) working." I thought I was on the trial and have 500 credits to monkey around with. I just need to know who I buy a puppy for to get this to work to see whether or not I even want it. Do the trial credits not apply to the premium playbooks?

Hi, my trial Perio did not work either. I created a new account in the hope that I could test it for a few days. A few hours later I prepared my first playbook with a premium element. I got the same message as [cabinfever157] (Profile - cabinfever157 - Bardeen Community).
Upgrade to Pro to make your Premium Playbooks (1) work.
As I did not have time to contact you, I bought the Pro subscription.
