Separate Playbooks? Or is it better to have lots of tasks in one Playbook?

I am a beginner.

I would like to collect the phone numbers from a specific profession on Linkedin by scraping

Is it better to have a separate play book to:

  • Collect the profiles
  • Extract the phone numbers

OR

  • Put all of this in one playbook

Can I scrape this to a spreadsheet?

Is it the same to scrape to Excel as it is to Google Sheets?
