I posted a request for help 3 days ago no response. The lack of response to my request for help places a negative reflection on Bardeen as a company. I am evaluating the Bardeen product for my company with the free product which doesn’t follow any of the youtube videos. Is there a live person that can be contacted? I really would like a response.
