Refund for not working

Hi,

I have opened a ticket at support@bardeen.ai but I am also looking here.

I have subscribed a trial and did not cancel on time. I have not finished doing what I wanted as it was not working and always get errors.

No worries, we have cancelled your subscription and refunded the payment. It may take 5-10 business days for the funds to be returned and I have sent a refund receipt to your email.

May I ask what went wrong? Would you be able to share some information about your use case? I would be happy to check for possible solutions.
