You constantly have to restart the bot in telegram, automated notifications do not come, it gives an error

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. Do you mind sharing the playbook with us and share a screenshot or loom video of the error please ? We will need to reproduce this issue to understand what is going wrong.
Could I also check how you are using the telegram integration ? Are you messaging yourself or new contacts ? Our telegram bot is only able to communicate with people who have initiated contact with the telegram bot first.
