Problem sending message to Telegram

After scraping from my website, I want to send the title and link to a user in Telegram but I couldnā€™t. I have used a public username and interacted with the BardeenBot. What could be the problem?

Hello Christine,

It looks like you have entered Telegram username as a link while expected value has format @username.

Can you try fixing that and see if it works for you? You can reset saved inputs for your automation like this:

Our integration is targeting messaging individual users, but I checked and it looks like groups and channels also have a name starting with @. So I can suggest trying the following:

  1. Add our Bot to that group or channel
  2. Send a message to that group
  3. Use groupā€™s name with @ at Bardeen to send a message to that group.

Please let me know if this wonā€™t work.
