What to do in this case. Also attaching the screenshot
Hi Urjita,
Thank you for reporting this issue! It looks like LinkedIn changed the structure of their comments section and now we need to update official scraper model. I already sent a report to our engineers and they will fix the published template soon.
In the meantime I have created a solution for you by redefining a list of comments. Please feel free to use this playbook:

Hi there,
I am still getting the same message! Is it possible that some setting from my side has been changed on my device. The scraper works well for my colleague but not me!
Hi Urjita,
Our engineers suspect that LinkedIn is performing A/B testing and this means that some LinkedIn users get a different page structure when they view the same link. This explains why it works for your colleague, but not for you. I was also getting an error when responding to you at first, but now our technicians have performed an update and I do not get any errors. Could you please try restarting your browser and then try again if one of the following scrapers works for you?

If you are still getting an error, could you please send me the link where you are running the automation? It will help to investigate.
Looking forward to your reply.
