Mass email from excel contact list

Hi all,

I built an automation following this youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zfo8QurhtZ0

Successfully extract the table from the google sheet.
However, when i send the email, the email body successfully extract the correct first name and email content, however the email is sent to everyone in the excel sheet. (i.e. each row of this excel contains a different Leads with his/ her name, email, etc.), and everyone receives multiple emails with different name.

Can somebody help look into this?

Hi Karen,

I think you should try using a loop in automation right after google sheet step and then connect actions to the field in that loop instead of google sheet: https://support.bardeen.ai/hc/en-us/articles/32831124270477-How-and-Why-to-Use-Loops-in-Automations

Please note that if you test the loop in builder mode, loop is ignored. So it’s best to test live with a small amount of rows.
