What do you need to scrape from facebook?
Monitoring data on Facebook is possible, and it might contain certain risks if you’re doing it on scale or monitoring many items.
Yet if you need to monitor certain page for changes in posts every X amount of time, it should be safe as long as you don’t try to scrape hundreds of posts…
