Clicking 'Schedule' trigger, closes my UI

Issue reporting template:

I tried to add a Schedule trigger so i can get the Followers and Following information on Instagram in my spreadsheet, but when i click on Schedule, it automatically closes the whole Playbook and gives me an error code…

i just made the standard Instagram option: "Save currently opened Instagram profile to Google Sheets" and tried to add a Schedule before that.

Hey!

Thanks for the fast response. I have indeed made a video, but I didn’t see an option to send it in this text editor. Its was a .MOV file, changed it to MP4 but still no way to import it in here. Can you help me with that?

What I am trying to do is add a Schedule that triggers the scraper daily, so i get the information from Instagram daily updated in a spreadsheet. I am new to this app so I don’t really know if this is the way to do it but I couldn’t find a different approach :slight_smile:

Great news ! The problem you encountered previously is now fixed in our latest version of Bardeen - <2.40.1r>

Please try updating your version of Bardeen and let me know if you’re still facing the same issue.

Here’s how you can update your version of Bardeen:

  1. Open the Google Chrome browser.
  2. Navigate to your extensions page by either:
    ā—¦ Opening a new tab and typing chrome://extensions into the address bar.
    ā—¦ Clicking on the three-dot icon at the top right corner of the browser, selecting ā€œMore tools,ā€ and then ā€œExtensionsā€.
  3. Enable ā€œDeveloper modeā€ by toggling the switch in the top-right corner of the extensions page.
  4. Once Developer mode is enabled, additional options will appear on the page. Look for the Bardeen extension, Click Details and click the ā€œUpdateā€ button.
    This will force Chrome to download and install any available updates for Bardeen.

Hey!

Thanks for still messaging me, I really hoped one of the support members replied earlier this week. Today my 14 day trial came to an end and have no opportunity to try out this function. If this function works, I’d probably buy the Bardeen service, but right now I can’t test it anymore. Is there still a way to let me try?
