Apollo is not working

I tried to set an automation with Apollo to enrich a google sheet, following the video tutorial on youtube.

However they are telling me that I have not enough credits and Apollo fails to people/match.

I had the API key on Apollo’s website and set it as a master key just like in the video.

I paid for the premium subscription yesterday so I don’t think I am out of credits.

Error message (if aplicable):

Please paste the error message below:

Apollo failed to people/match: You are out of credits! Upgrade your plan to increase your number
of export credits. (422) A request to the service API failed. Please

Hi Jules,

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been experiencing issues with this playbook. We’ve reported the issue to our engineers and are currently looking into this. We understand the frustration this may be causing and will keep you updated.

Hi @julesflechet ,

The error message on credits refers to your credits on Apollo. You’ll need to sort that out on Apollo for this playbook to work. Let us know if you still face issues once that is resolved.
