New User. I’m trying to create a scraper. The system asks me to specify the workbook where we will get initial data from. When I type the name of the workbook it just says loading forever. Should this be stored someplace else to be found more easily. Currently its on my local machine.

If you’re trying to build automation, try describing your workflow into Bardeen’s Magic Box (main search bar on the extension), Bardeen’s AI will try to build it for you
It sounds like you’re encountering an issue with pulling Excel files from OneDrive, which is a known bug we’re currently working on. I’ve added your request to the list for further review. In the meantime, I recommend moving your workbook to Google Sheets, as we have a more reliable integration there. You can follow this guide for setting it up: How to Integrate Google Sheets with Playbooks.
This should resolve the issue for now, and feel free to reach out if you need further assistance!
That helped me work around that problem. I have a few more questions. Do you have a support # I could call? Or somebody that could help me get this rolling?
We do not have support over the phone. I am here to assist via email. Please send your questions and I will take a look.
If you’re interested in having our team build a custom playbook for you, we offer this as part of our Business plan. Just let us know, and we’d be happy to connect you with our Sales Team to discuss details.
Sure, let’s then discuss your concerns via email here. Can you please let me know some details about your use case? Did you experiencing any problems building a playbook? I can share this help guide: https://support.bardeen.ai/hc/en-us/articles/32815394848653-Creating-Playbooks You can even create automations with AI prompt!
Colby,
Just to add a little more context here. I’m trying to understand if the software can perform how I need it to. I am also not sure how to configure it to test it out. I’ve watched several videos on youtube but they seem different than what I am trying to accomplish.
No worries! I understand the need to see it in action. Can you describe your use case a bit so I can determine the best next step?
Best,
Colby
