Set up Bardeen automation that not only scrapes a single entry but the whole table

Hi everyone,
I am looking to download data from the lead database Ocean.io. The data is structured as follows:

I would like to export every lead but it just showed the data for one lead:

I was trying to select every row and now I can only select to export one lead from the menu. Earlier, here I could enter the number of entries on the site:

As you can see, I am quite lost with Bardeen, would appreciate your help!
Thank you

Hello Alexander,

While I don’t have direct access to Ocean.io, I have created a video tutorial using LinkedIn as an example that might help you: Video Tutorial.

Based on the information you provided, it seems that the list for scraping might not have been set up correctly, which could be why you’re only seeing one result. Could you please review your playbook and ensure it aligns with the recommendations in the video?

Best regards,
Victoria

Hi Victoria,

Thanks a lot for your answer and for recording the video. I watched the video and had already followed the steps that are mentioned there. Is there any chance that you can access my account? With the free trial of Ocean.io (no credit card required) you should have access the full interface and thus easily be able to recreate the issue!

By the way, I heard from a friend who co-founded another start-up that the Bardeen support helped him set up his workflow and that they wrote a a customer success story on that. If this is helpful for Bardeen, I am happy to offer that in return.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Best, Alexander

Hi Alexander,

Thank you for getting back to me! I have obtained free access to ocean.ai when checking the other thread you opened for this case. It appears that platform is using an unexpected structure for their tables and that’s why the scraper is not picking it up. There may be an option to implement custom technical approach for this case, but it needs to be checked by our engineers. I already sent a ticket for that and hopefully we can get a response soon.

I will keep you informed with updates!

Victoria
