Indeed the extension is not loading on that website. It’s not because you are doing something wrong, just the website is not cooperating and this is a common behavior of government portals unfortunately. There won’t be a way to scrape that website with Bardeen.
Regarding your other question, it is possible to input something to a search field using a scraper. You’ll need to use “Input” action for that, it’s down the list where you pick “Get text”.
