I recently bought 90 dollars of credits on bardeen, but they are not added to my account. There is also no invoice of this payment send to me. But the money is taken from my credit card. Can somebody help me with this? Maybe we can solve this problem in private via e-mail or something. Thanks

I believe you should now see the credits in your account. Could you confirm that please ? This happened because of a bug which we have now fixed however we are truly sorry for the trouble this has caused you.

I hate to say that the credits still have not been added to my account. When I look at the subscription and billing page of my account, it also doesn’t show a bill of my purchase. But when I look at my credit card history, it clearly shows I have paid 90 euros for the credits. Please help me with this.
