Hi team,
I haven’t used my playbook for exactly one month and now that I want to work with it again, I have to realize that it doesn’t work anymore. The problem is that I not only invested a lot of time in creating the playbook, but also paid external service providers to make it perfect. And now it no longer works.
Can someone from support perhaps check this? I have been working with it for months.
Here is the link to the paybook.
After a successful synchronization, the data should be transferred to Airtable. Currently, however, only empty entries appear in Airtable.
I have checked your playbook and it seems correctly configured. The only thing I would like to bring to your attention is that Airtable base is shown as undefined (screenshot below). Can you please check if this is correct?
Hey Victoria,
thank you for your response. I have checked my Bardeen version. And indeed it was on the 3.5 version. I have updatet it. And also my Airtable Base was not defined. I can’t explain why.
So I assigned my airtable base again.
Nevertheless, the scrapper is not running. I see an error with : Operation executed with result: 200 and then an empty entry is made in my Airtable Base, just like before.
Can you share a screenshot of your Airtable? The problem is not obvious for the moment.
I see many fields are converted to number format, are those columns of the same format in Airtable?
The other thing to check is scraping, can you please turn on “Show in results” for scraping action and verify if it actually sends any data to Airtable?
Separately, I would like to remind you that you can run tests in Builder Mode, this way you will not spend any credits while debugging.
Thank you for getting back to me. Reading your previous response, I see you “assigned your Airtable base again”, but I am not sure which exactly action you took for that. Can you please let me know if you re-connected your Airtable account or just re-selected the base? I think refreshing the connection as per the next guide is worth trying: https://support.bardeen.ai/hc/en-us/articles/23925100946573-Connecting-Apps-with-Bardeen#fix-connections
I have now also refreshed the connection. I have disconnected and reconnected to my Airtable base in the Bardeen settings. This means that I have done both: re-connected and re-selected.
I have also turned on “Show in results” for few scraping actions. No data was scrapped.
Thank you for troubleshooting with me! Now the problem is obvious. It appears that the website you are scraping was changed and the scraper is not working. This is common and happens when website owners decide to move from one provide to another for example. The only way to fix this is to re-create the scraper. You can try redefining the list, I prepared a screenshot for you:
