Notion databases not in search results

Hi,

I’m a Bardeen Newbie and I am having trouble with my very first playbook. I’m trying to run the following playbook:

Copy Linkedin profile to a Notion database

I have configured the Notion integration and granted Bardeen access to all pages in my Notion workspace.

When I run the playbook, it asks for the name of the Notion database, but no matter what db I try to fine, I get no results. In the screenshot below, I try finding the “Contacts JH” database. Which exists on “The Dream Job Hub” page.

I’ve also tried creating a new database but then the playbook asked me for a page, but none of my existing pages are found. Did I somehow miss a step in the Notion integration setup flow? How can I troubleshoot this?

Hi @seeker136, Welcome to the Bardeen Community

One step you are missing is inside of Notion - on the page where your database is located, you must allow Bardeen to access it directly:

After adding the connection, it might take a minute or two for it to update inside of Bardeen so give it a few refreshes before reporting an issue again.
