Hi everyone, I’m quite new to Bardeen and don’t find it super intuitive, so would really appreciate your help!

I found some landing pages like Personalize Outreach with AI Message Generator | Bardeen AI that outline how I could have messages drafted / personalised. How can I actually set this up? Did not find it in the templates.

Yes, we would love to send it directly via LinkedIn. Ideally, we could e.g. have a personalised message generated by pressing a button on the profile.

Thanks for reaching out! While we can’t add buttons directly to LinkedIn, you can trigger an automation from the right-click menu on a LinkedIn profile page. There are no pre-built automations for sending messages, but you can build one using our pre-built templates for personalized messaging as a starting point.

Here’s how it could work:

  1. Right-click on a LinkedIn profile to run the automation.
  2. The automation extracts profile details and optionally enriches them.
  3. A personalized message is generated based on the extracted data.
  4. The message can either be exported to Google Sheets (for manual sending) or sent immediately using a custom scraper.
