Invoice - why there is no payment option with tax number

Hi,

why there is no option to put tax number when I pay for your services? Every month I need to receive invoice with tax number of my company.

I sent request two days ago at e-mail: premium_support@bardeensupport.zendesk.com

Still nothing.

Apologies for the delay, we have already provided the invoice. Due to limitations on the payment processing side, it is required to manually adjust invoices.
