I can't get on to the platform to start

I’ve just started.

I clicked on the Chrome Extension and it won’t go beyond a first white screen asking me about how I’m using Bardeen.

I can’t even get in!

I have just paid for my first subscription.
When I click on the extension, I am not able to get on to the screen to work on a playbook.

I am not able to get beyond the screen below.
