Can someone help me on this?

It appears that the process is manual. I would prefer a trigger that automatically adds a review to the Google Sheet whenever someone submits one, rather than me having to paste it manually. Additionally, I’m unable to view all 1.6K reviews on the Google Sheet.

In the playbook I’ve previously provided, the new added reviews are set to be added to a google sheet I have named “Glassdoor Reviews”. This is just a blank google sheet I created and named as such. To get the playbook to function for yourself, you can make a similar google sheet and then change the step I’ve shown below to match your own sheet.

Hi Stefan,
After some time working on your playbook, we’ve successfully made a more reliable scraper for Glassdoor reviews. There are two steps to the task which you are trying to achieve of keeping track of reviews. The first step is to initially populate a google sheet with all of the current reviews on Glassdoor for the company. The first playbook I’ve linked below should do the following.

Then, once you’ve successfully initialized a google sheet with all of the reviews, I’ve made an autobook which runs every time the data on the Glassdoor reviews site changes. This will help add all new reviews in the future. However, this means that the scraper will constantly be running in the background since it can’t be run on the cloud (Glassdoor has a login which limits information to those without an account).

As a better solution, I’ve also created a playbook for you which automatically runs everyday at 9am and updates your google sheet accordingly. This might be a better solution since the reviews won’t update very frequently and so there’s no need to have a constant scraper running in the background. Also, this doesn’t require the two separate playbook steps and can be simply combined into one.
