Playbooks dissapeared after update

Dear Support Team,

Last week, when I was exporting data to a table, I encountered an issue with one Playbook. Bardeen showed a message saying I needed to review the settings for this operation due to a Bardeen update and wouldn’t allow me to proceed without doing so. The app suggested copying the Playbook settings, which I did.

After that, I checked all my other Playbooks, and there were no similar problems. I didn’t use Bardeen again after that.

Now, when I log into Bardeen, I can only see the Playbook I copied earlier, and the rest are gone.

Could you please investigate what happened and see if it’s possible to restore all the Playbooks I had in my account? It would be very time-consuming to recreate them manually.

We could not find any other playbooks for your account. Although we see that there are 3 accounts for different emails but all of them are named THOR autocenter. Could you please check if your playbooks could reside in any other accounts?

Yes, checking was the first step I took as I though maybe I saved copies in other accounts by any chance. But unfortunately…

Only this account is only used by one colleague, and all the Playbooks were here and names started with “CTRL …”.

We had written instructions for each playbook scenario, so we still have links to the Playbooks, but they appear to be deleted when I open link.

Could you please verify the status of this Playbook and assist us in recovering it if possible?
