I figured out how to open the scraper template and do it from there. I re-ran it but it still did not populate the FName or Booksource
What’s crazy is that I tried it while just active on the tab, thru the extension, and it worked just fine. But when auto-scraping it doesn’t…

This use case is hard to test on my end tbh. I’d want to try a few more things, but I can’t really do it from my end as I’m not receiving these emails and I cannot edit your scraper template.
Let me know if you’d be willing to hop on a call where I can drive your screen to try a couple more things.

Jamie and I were able to connect and fix the automation. We had to create the scraper template from an email that was maximized within it’s own tab.
