Password reset problems

I’m trying to reset my password but don’t receive the email to follow the reset flow that starts on sign in. I’ve tried several times and checked spam. I’ve also waited 12+ hours. Is there an alternate path to reset a password once I’m in my account? I’ve looked at settings but haven’t spotted a password reset option within my settings. I am the admin on the account.

Sometimes this can happen if you signed up for an account via SSO. Can you please try logging in again via SSO (See attached)? Please let me know if that didn’t work.
