Good practice: using "ask me every time" when sharing automations

When you need to share an automation, you might have values, spreadsheets or other inputs linked to them, that only you have access.

If you share it as it is, it’s likely the receiver of that automation will try to run it and be confused when they ran into an issue like this:

Instead, a small improvement you can do to shared automations is using “ask me every time”.

That way the receiver can specify their own spreadsheet (or whatever argument they need to fill).
